A lovely hotel in a great location
The rooms were large and well appointed. The pool area was nice and had plenty of room. The housekeeping staff was EXCEPTIONAL- they were very nice and kept the rooms spotless and well stocked. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant indoor wait staff members were very pleasant and attentive. The servers outside were not as attentive, pleasant, or capable. Honestly, the outside service was pretty terrible, but the inside service was really good! The hotel is in a fabulous location, easy walking distance to the beach and to many restaurants. There is live music at night, but the rooms are very well insulated, so it wasn't too loud. The rooms also have really good black out curtains to block the light.
The front desk staff seemed a little bothered if they were asked for something (like directions to the beach). The concierge staff was not very helpful either; I got the sense they were just there to try to book outside tours. The lounge chairs around the pool were extremely uncomfortable. It was hard to sit in them for more than a few minutes.

What was the highlight of The Mill Resort and Suites
Short and sweet, long enough to want to return, too short to fully enjoy.
Although my stay was very short, i enjoyed the staf. I loved the room. If I had stayed longer I would have enjoyed the tube and the pool. Upon check in the staff was very friendly. When leaving the hotel, even the staff tending the garden said goodbye. It gives the guest a very warm feeling.
I am scared as iguanas, and there where some around the pool area. luckily I found an alternative route to the room.

Wonderful relaxing trip!
The cleanliness, the breakfast and the pool. Liked the work out facility as well!
Wish we knew how to access areas in the beach that were covered. They seemed a little short-staffed but they all worked so hard!
